Land declared to be an Autocracy again, as constitution receives another change

Today on Land, it has been announced that the State is going back to autocratic rule, Rey said "With the lack of political activities, I have decided to bestow my power as the dictator of Land once again." As Rey said, all laws and treaties made by Land as a republic will be renamed.
